Anybus Diagnostics for PROFIBUS Networks
The ProfiTrace Toolkit Standard and Pro are mobile PROFIBUS analysis tools for maintenance and troubleshooting. Measurements can be carried out on running production networks, with no network shutdown required. Once connected, engineers can measure PROFIBUS DP and PA segments, review the full installation and compile detailed reports covering device signals, faults, topology, bar graphs and administrative information.
Industrial Ethernet Monitoring and Analysis
Anybus Diagnostics also includes EtherTAP products for PROFINET and EtherNet/IP traffic analysis. EtherTAP 10/100 is designed for mobile network measurements up to 100 Mbit, while EtherTAP2 1G provides permanent 24/7 monitoring up to 1Gbit network speed. These products support passive diagnostics, filtered message recording and insight into jitter, dropped packets and cycle times per device.
The Anybus Mercury MKII is a rugged industrial Windows tablet with Osiris diagnostic software for multi-protocol troubleshooting, maintenance and monitoring. It supports Industrial Ethernet networks and can also be used with ProfiTrace software and ProfiCore for PROFIBUS DP and PA diagnostics.
